A shop that plays by your rules
Where you deliver and for how much, at what hours, how many orders a day you can take. Peak hours can cost more; holidays and days off are closed with a calendar.
The customer picks the product, chooses the delivery time and pays on their own - even at midnight, while you sleep. All that's left for you is to prepare and deliver.

And that's just the counters
Three places where people buy from you are only half the job. The other half comes next: the order needs to be accepted, prepared, delivered - and the customer kept. See what happens at every step.
Where you deliver and for how much, at what hours, how many orders a day you can take. Peak hours can cost more; holidays and days off are closed with a calendar.
The shop itself suggests add-ons to the order - you choose which ones. A product can have variants: size, configuration, price.
By card on the site and in Telegram, or on delivery. The money goes straight to your account - we never touch it. The site speaks four languages.
One simple screen: today's orders, revenue, what's running low. The product form is a few clear fields, and AI can generate the description, the name and the photos. The advanced mode is hidden but opens with a button.
All orders in one list: what to prepare, for whom, where and when. What's sold is written off from stock automatically.
"Accepted", "being prepared", "courier on the way" are sent automatically - to Telegram, e-mail or SMS. In the evening you get the day's summary.
Who bought what and when - kept by you, not in someone else's services and chats. Points add up with every purchase, and whoever buys more often moves up a level and gets a bigger discount.
A discount code for a holiday, a gift card, a message to your base about a new item. The shop reminds the customer about a loved one's birthday.
Forgot to pay - the shop politely reminds them before the occasion passes. After delivery it asks for a review with a photo.
Plans stack up: Pro includes everything in Start, Business - everything in Pro.
📦 It's one program, not five. A shop usually needs a separate service for the site, another for messages, another for bonuses, another for reports and a spreadsheet for the books - each with its own bill, its own login and its own settings, and connecting them is on you. Here it's all one: one setup, one bill.
Industry packs
Everything above works for a shop of any kind. The specifics of your niche switch on as a separate module - already included in the subscription price, nothing extra to pay. Pick yours.
You keep flowers as stock and a bouquet as a recipe made of them. Sell a bouquet - the roses, greenery and ribbon are written off automatically, and you see how many bouquets the flowers still cover.
A flower ran out - the florist offers a swap right from the order, the price is recalculated, the customer confirms. No calls, no apologies.
The recipient is separate from the buyer: name, phone, card text; it can be anonymous with "don't call the recipient". The courier gets their own note.
The buyer records a greeting while ordering, and a QR code is printed on the card. The recipient points their phone camera - and hears a familiar voice.
The buyer doesn't know the address? The recipient gets a message with a link and enters the address themselves. The surprise is safe, the delivery happens.
The bouquet is ready - the customer instantly gets its photo, by e-mail or a link in an SMS. Ordered from a picture but something else arrived - that doesn't happen with this pack: people see their bouquet before the courier even leaves.
The buyer freezes over a blank card - AI suggests a few warm options for the occasion. All that's left is to pick one and tweak it.
The customer can't decide? A short quiz - for whom, the occasion, the budget, favourite colours - and the shop suggests fitting bouquets. The questions come pre-set for the flower niche.
Ahead of February 14 and March 8 the shop prompts you to prepare, and the daily order limit won't let you take on more than your hands can handle. After delivery the customer gets care tips for the bouquet.
🌷 The pack switches on and off in the settings - the shop's core stays the same. Within one subscription, no extra charges.
🎂 The cakes and pastry pack is in the making. The core already covers a pastry shop fully: a catalogue with variants and ingredients, orders for a date and time, prepayment by card, stock write-off of ingredients, a customer base and reminders. Tell us which fine points of your craft eat the most time - they'll get into the pack first.
🎁 The gifts pack is in the making. The core already covers a gift shop fully: a catalogue, timed delivery, payments, cart upsell, a customer base and gift cards. Tell us which fine points of your trade eat the most time - they'll get into the pack first.
🥛 The groceries pack is in the making. The core already covers a food shop fully: a catalogue, delivery by zones and time, payments, stock with warnings, regulars and one-click reorders. Tell us which fine points of your trade eat the most time - they'll get into the pack first.
🐾 The pet supplies pack is in the making. The core already covers a pet shop fully: a catalogue with variants, delivery, payments, stock, and "food is running out" reminders via reorders and messages. Tell us which fine points of your trade eat the most time - they'll get into the pack first.
What changes
This is not a feature list but an ordinary day of a shop. Flip the switch and compare who does the work.
Time on the left, how the hour goes on the right. Tap “With Welkoma” to compare.
Less manual work
Every line on the left is time you now spend by hand. On the right - who does it in Welkoma.
💳 Payment also happens without you. The buyer pays by card on the site or in Telegram, the money goes straight to your account - we never touch it. Until card payments are set up, the shop runs on pay-on-delivery.
Analytics and reports
Not by feel but by numbers: how much you sold, what people buy, where orders come from and which ads paid off. Counted automatically, every day.
The screen is an example: the numbers on it are for demonstration.
The second and third order
Today customers' contacts are scattered across chats, and only you remember their special dates (and not all of them). The shop gathers everything into your base - and brings people back by itself, with no ad budget.
Who bought what and when - for every person. The base belongs to you: browse it, export it, write to it.
Purchases earn points, regulars get a higher level, and the customer card lives in their phone.
A discount code for a holiday, a gift card for an amount, a wheel of fortune and gift-picking by questions.
A new product or a sale - one message to the base. The shop reminds a customer of a loved one's birthday in advance.
Picked but not paid - the shop politely reminds them itself, while the occasion still stands.
Customers leave ratings and photos. Give a blogger a personal code - and see how many orders they brought.
🌷 Flower shops get an extra set of features: a bouquet is assembled from flowers in stock and written off automatically, the florist can approve a flower substitution, voice and video cards for the recipient, surprise delivery and hints for 14 February and 8 March.
What is needed from you
Nothing to install: the admin opens from a phone or computer, and setup means filling in ordinary fields. At first it's like your first bank form: scary only until the second field.
Name, logo, contacts, languages. The shop is created automatically in a few minutes.
10 minutesYou add products with a simple form: photo, price, description, variants. Five is enough to start.
an evening for the first catalogueWhere you deliver, what it costs, at what hours; peak hours can carry a surcharge. Card payments can be connected later - until then pay-on-delivery works.
20 minutesFollowing a short guide you get a key for your bot and paste it into a field. This is the customer bot: buyers place orders in it, and it replies in your shop's name. A separate bot for staff is in the works.
15 minutes🤝 You won't be left alone with the software. We go through the first settings together, check the shop before customers see it, and later we answer any question ourselves - not a forty-page manual.
Price without asterisks
No “per module” extras and no hidden lines: everything described above is inside one subscription. The first 14 days are free: enough to build the shop and take the first orders.
Tap what you sell - and we'll show the price in your own goods

Recommended to start
1 690 Kčper month
Everything to sell online
In products that is about one bouquet a month - for a shop open around the clock.
3 190 Kčper month

5 390 Kčper month
If you have a store and a team
The subscription is invoiced in euros: €69 / €129 / €219 per month; CZK prices are an exchange-rate conversion, for orientation. “One bouquet” and “four cakes” are an estimate from a typical average order, not a revenue promise: only you know your prices.
Honest about the state
Everything under “works” below is not plans but features of a live flower shop in Prague, my-angel.cz: we are moving them into the subscription. What's not there yet is written here, not hidden.
The rule is simple: what is not in the left column, we don't charge for.
Before you start
You can. The shop lives on the internet - nothing to install or update, you sign in from your phone or computer. Setup is plain fields, like ordering a taxi or a ticket. We go through the first steps together, and every screen says in plain words what to do.
Instagram shows well but sells poorly: every order turns into a chat with you. Keep it as a shop window and point the profile link to the shop - there the buyer reaches payment even when you are unavailable. And the customer list accumulates with you, not in someone else's network.
No. You open your own account with the Stripe payment system - it is registered to you, and payments from the site and Telegram go straight there. We neither see nor touch that money. Until the account is connected, the shop takes orders with pay-on-delivery.
You decide whether to continue. Two weeks show the main thing: whether running orders is comfortable and whether buyers place them themselves. Continue - from 1,690 CZK (€69) a month. If not - you pay nothing, and we export your products and customers on request.
Rather the opposite: the fewer hands, the more each one costs. Start with five products - the shop takes over chats, sums and reminders, and costs about one bouquet a month. When you grow, the subscription is already in place.
No. A catalogue, timed delivery, payments, a customer base, rewards and reports are needed by any delivery shop - cakes, gifts, groceries, pet supplies. Flower shops get an extra set of features, switched on if wanted.
A builder gives you an empty storefront, and the rest is on you: products, delivery, payment - plus separate services for Telegram, rewards and tracking that still need wiring together. Here it is one product with one setup and one price, and at the start we go through it with you.
Accounting software tidies up what you have already sold. We first add the places where people buy from you - the site, Telegram and the storefront app - and only then count orders, stock and revenue. One without the other works worse: order in a notebook brings no new orders, and new orders without tracking turn into chaos.
You leave with no fuss: the subscription simply doesn't renew. The site address is yours, the bot is yours, payments are registered to you, and we export products and the customer base on request as a plain spreadsheet. We profit when you stay for the value, not because of a lock on your data.
