Live order scenarios - in Telegram and on the website. Both channels are part of the subscription.
Sound familiar?
Every service has its own login, invoice and support line. Products and customers live in six places and never match.
A customer starts in the bot, picks up in store, points are credited - without a single integration on your side.
Calculate your savingsWhat's inside
None of this is a third-party integration. It's one system with a shared catalog, inventory and customer base.
Catalog, cart, checkout and payment on your own domain. Storefront themes are configured from the admin panel.
A complete shop in chat: catalog, cart, delivery slots, payment. The bot is yours, under your name.
An app inside Telegram - no App Store or Google Play. Purchase in two taps.
Stock, purchasing, customers and orders in one place. A full ERP under the hood, a simple panel on the surface.
Points, tiers, coupons. Loyalty cards in both Google Wallet and Apple Wallet - like the big chains.
In-store sales with card terminals. Assemble products from components right at the till.
Wheel of fortune, gift quiz, promo codes, segmented campaigns, date reminders, abandoned carts.
Delivery zones and rates, time slots, an order dashboard for staff, courier tracking.
The buyer records a voice or video greeting right at checkout - the recipient opens it via the QR code on the card in the bouquet.
🌷 For flower shops - an industry pack: bouquets assembled from components, florist substitutions, greeting cards, «surprise delivery» and a peak calendar for Feb 14 and Mar 8.
🌍 Shop languages - four today: Czech, English, Russian, Ukrainian. Add or remove any language from the admin panel; the list keeps growing after launch - Polish and German are next.
Your numbers, daily
The website, bot and POS write to one database, so reports reconcile themselves - no exports, no manual spreadsheet merging.
Coming soon: an expenses module - see profit, not just revenue.
POS, website and bot in a single dashboard: see where orders come from; cash and card counted separately.
Daily revenue, average order value, trends by day and season - growth is visible at a glance.
What sells and what sits. For bouquets - a breakdown to components: which flowers move fastest.
New and returning buyers, loyalty tiers, behaviour in the bot - the customer base grows on your side.
UTM tags, bot funnel, campaign clicks. Plug in your own Google Analytics with a single field.
The day's results reach the owner automatically: orders, revenue, what's running low in stock.
Word of mouth, properly accounted
For a local shop, local bloggers are the cheapest traffic there is. The affiliate module turns recommendations into a managed sales channel - no agencies, no manual counting, no «whose customer is this» arguments.
This is not slideware: the affiliate program runs exactly like this at My Angel in Prague - bloggers earn 10% per order, their followers get a promo-code discount.
Included in the Business planFollowers get a discount, the blogger earns a share of every order. You set the rates and limits.
Repeat orders from a referred customer keep earning the blogger commission - so talking about you again stays worth it.
Website, Telegram bot and the in-store till: wherever the order comes from, commission is credited automatically.
The blogger sees their promo codes, orders and commission in real time. You see payout statuses. No spreadsheets.
Launch
Leave a request, add a card - nothing is charged for 14 days. Your copy of the shop is created automatically within minutes.
A step-by-step wizard guides you: name and logo, products, delivery zones, payment, your domain and bot. You do it all yourself - no developer, no coding knowledge, just plain-language forms.
The website and bot take orders, points accumulate, and you see everything in one panel. Put the bot link in your Instagram bio and on business cards.
Proof
The prototype of Welkoma is the My Angel flower shop in Prague (my-angel.cz). Everything in the subscription has been running there in daily retail for years: orders flow through the website, the bot and the till at once, and customers' loyalty cards live in Google and Apple Wallet.
We don't promise features «on the roadmap» - we bring to the platform what already sells flowers every single day.

Pilot program
We're currently onboarding pilot flower shops: we help move products, set up delivery and the bot - personally, not by manual. Spots are limited: every pilot gets hands-on attention.
Honest answers
Instagram stays your shop window - the bot and website remove the routine: customers pick a product, a delivery slot and pay by themselves, with no «how much is it? when can you deliver?» back-and-forth. Orders, stock and points are counted automatically, and the customer base grows on your side, not inside someone else's social network.
The setup wizard walks you through: name, products, delivery, payments, domain. It usually takes less than a day from paying for the subscription to a working shop. For pilot shops we move everything personally.
It goes straight to you. You connect your own Stripe account, and payments from the site and the bot land on your account - the platform is not a middleman. Until Stripe is set up, the shop runs in «pay on delivery» mode.
No. Every shop is an isolated copy: its own database, its own bot, its own settings. That's architecture, not a promise. Data is backed up regularly and stored separately from the shop - nothing gets lost.
No, and no programming knowledge is needed. Everything a developer used to do - pages, translations, delivery rates, wheel-of-fortune prizes - the owner sets up themselves with forms in the admin panel.
The domain is yours, the bot is yours, Stripe is yours, and products and customers can be exported anytime. We retain you with the product, not with a lock on your data.
It's a shop app that opens right inside Telegram - customers install nothing from the App Store. It looks and works like a branded mobile app, but costs as part of the subscription.
Google Wallet works out of the box. Apple Wallet requires an Apple Developer account - we guide you through it with a wizard, and it doesn't block your launch: enable it when you're ready.
Four are available today: Czech, English, Russian and Ukrainian. You can enable or disable any of them in the admin panel, and the list will grow after launch - Polish and German are next in line.
